We do our absolute best to accurately represent all of our products through photos, descriptions, and details listed on our website. However please be aware that:

  • All jewelry is made in small batches and availability may change without notice
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and slight variations in finish or detail may occur between batches

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may appear on our storefront. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify including credit cards, debit cards, and any other payment options displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase before your order is processed or shipped.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review this carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • We ship within the United States only unless otherwise stated
  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed
  • Harper's Ranchline Buckles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing — in these cases please contact your local post office or carrier directly

6. Personalized & Initial Orders

Many of our products are personalized with a customer's chosen initial at the time of purchase. Because of the personalized nature of these items please double check your initial selection before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect initial selected by the customer. Personalized items may have slightly longer processing times.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Returns & Refund Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By placing an order you agree to the terms of that policy including the 30 day return window and the customer's responsibility for return shipping costs.
