Shipping Policy

At Harper's Ranchline Buckles we want to make sure every order gets to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read through our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed it will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing time includes verifying your order, preparing your personalized initial piece, and packaging everything up carefully before it heads out the door.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. If you place your order on a Friday it will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with your tracking number once your order has left our hands.


Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. This means from the time your tracking number is generated to the time your package arrives at your door you can expect to wait between 7 and 10 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–13 business days

We know waiting is hard — especially when you're excited about a new piece. We appreciate your patience and promise it will be worth it when it arrives.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted national carriers including USPS and UPS. The carrier used for your specific order will be reflected in your tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase so there are no surprises.


Where We Ship

At this time Harper's Ranchline Buckles ships within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of the US please check back in the future as we hope to expand our shipping options down the road.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order please reach out to us and we will look into it right away.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it please take the following steps:

  • Check around your property including porches, garages, and with neighbors
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  • Allow 1–2 additional business days as packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly early

If your package is still missing after taking these steps please contact us at the email below and we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation. Please note that Harper's Ranchline Buckles is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging along with your order number. We will work quickly to make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund depending on the situation.


Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Harper's Ranchline Buckles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order please contact us immediately at the email below and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships. Once an order has shipped we are unable to redirect or intercept the package.
