Returns & Refund Policy

At Harper's Ranchline Buckles, we stand behind every piece we send out. Your happiness means everything to us and we always want to make sure you love what you receive.


Refund Window

We offer refunds within 30 days of your delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please make sure to reach out to us as soon as possible if something isn't right with your order.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Free of any damage caused after delivery

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered in any way will not be accepted for a return.


Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover or reimburse return postage. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your item back to us. Harper's Ranchline Buckles is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Your refund will not be issued until we have physically received and inspected the returned item. Once we receive your package and confirm everything is in order we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 30 day window
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Gift cards or store credit

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. In these cases we will cover the cost of the return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund. No questions asked. We take full responsibility for any mistakes on our end.


How To Start A Return

To begin a return please email us at harpersranchlinebuckle@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • A photo of the item if applicable

We will respond within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and mailing address.
